Pumkin Patch

Grandma Kershaw took Ian to the Pumpkin Patch tonight. Ian brought home a small pumpkin and a picture of a spider he drew. Looks like they had fun!

Cupcakes

Ian (& Mommy & Daddy) loves cupcakes. So the other night Ian and I made cupcakes. Ian pretty much did everything buy himself - he even cracked the eggs without getting any shell into the bowl. I think Grandma Kershaw has been teaching him a few things! He shared the cupcakes with his friends at daycare!

Brandon & Kaylee came to play

This last weekend Ian spend the night with Brandon and Kaylee while Chris and I had a work party. Then the next day Brandon and Kaylee came to our house with Michelle and Jeremy worked the football game. They had so much fun playing together!

Busy Weekend

This weekend was very busy for us. Saturday we went to my aunt Sandy's house for Octoberfest. She has all kinds of games lined up for the kids and we get to see lots of family. Ian loved it and did not want to leave - I think he liked having a little forest in the backyard to play in!

Then I went to Hastings to play volleyball with the girls. I'll be happy to tell you that Shooze (our vb team name) won another tournament! Even after a late night on Saturday. GO SHOOZE!

While I was in Hasting Chris and Ian had fun carving pumpkins at Grandma Kathy & Grandpa Vic's house and visiting the pumpkin patch with Aunt Amy, Uncle Pat, Deni and Grandma Kathy.

Grandma Kershaw got Ian a pirate outfit. He loves it and he looks so cute in it!

Friday Night Fun!

Friday night was full of fun. First we went to the Stars game to watch Chris and the band sing the national anthem. It was a fun game but a 3 year old in a seat at a hockey game does not work for very long.

Then Melanie met up with Allison, Brad and Amber at Randy's Grill & Chill. It was lots of fun. There was a lot of phone texting, fork talk, beer and shots. It was a very good time - I guess that's why Melanie did not make it home until 4am!!! Amber come to Lincoln more often - like November 1st for the Halloween party!!

Marcus & Meghan are getting MARRIED!!!!

We are so excited. Marcus and Meghan called last night to tell us they are engaged. We love Meghan and are glad she will be part of our family. I'm super happy for them both.
