Borne had his 18 month check up on Monday.
Here are his measurements:
Height - 32 1/2" - 55%
Weight - 22lbs 12oz - 12%
Head - 19 1/4" - 75-90%
As you can see he is still small. As the doctor said "he's a lean little boy." I was a little worried about the 12% for his weight but the doctor said he's on a continuous increase (small increase but an increase all the same). If he were losing weight or on a plateau we should be worried so I guess we'll just see how the next 6 months go!
One thing that our doctor was a little worried about was Borne's language. Borne really only says "uh oh." He used to say mama and dada but does not anymore. Our doctor is worried that all of the ear infections may have caused some problems. So next week we are going him in to get evaluated and we'll see if we need speech therapy or other stuff from there - wish us luck!

I am sure everything is fine. The doctor has us do a speech evaluation when Denelle was 18 months old also. And now we can't get her to stop talking!
I agree with Amy. Maybe its God's way of giving you a little break since he's so physically active! He's too busy to stop and talk:)
