At the end of June we took a trip to Colorado with some of Chris' family. It was just adults as the cabins we stay in are located in a pretty dangerous place (at least for kids.). There's rattlesnakes, cliffs, and just a lot of rocky terrain. This was our third time up there and we had a lot of fun. It's so relaxing up there. I normally get lots of books read, a good tan, and a lot of sleep. Those three things are always a good combo!

This is the group that made the trip. Pat & Amy, Heath & Erin, Vic & Kathy, Chris & I and Nicki.
When we got home we were very excited to see the boys. This was the first time we had been away from Borne more than overnight. Here's a picture of me reading before bed time that night. As you can see Ian was more interested in the dragon we brought him back.
