This is Ian with his new best friend, Jared (Katie's brother). If we had not known Jared before this Saturday we might have been worried but since we know he him and the reason for his stylin' mustache all was good. But no matter where Jared was all night Ian would find him and usually from across the room yell "hi Jared!" and give him a big wave. A couple times Ian cornered Jared and did his usual 100 questions. Luckily Jared is great with kids and went right along with him. I think that's one reason why Ian likes him so much!!

Ian is all about dancing but he likes his partner to be at eye level so I spend a few songs on my knees. It was really cute though - I don't know how long he'll want to slow dance with his mom!
The best part about dancing with Ian was he loved to be dipped but then after every dip he thought you needed to kiss so I got lots of kisses and Chris grabbed this picture. It makes me smile and laugh now thinking of my cute little boy dancing with his mom and wanting her to dip him following with a big kiss!!
